Good news!    John W. Prather, Jr. has authorized the reprint of his 1987 Volume I which has been out of print and unavailable for years!! He asked me to spread the word to fellow researchers. This "Revision 1" includes updates and corrections, as well as information for accessing John’s works in the Maryland Archives.
