join or are very near each other. Royal Grants for Bazel are not far away.
All grants are in Laurens County, S.C. I find it very common for them to
witness papers for each other.
_____I now know that between 1755 and 1767 there is a possibility that
John, Abarilla, Brice, Bazel and Josiah lived in Virginia. This is the
time period I will be looking for them in Virginia. I have searched the
records of North Carolina and find no record of John and Abarilla ever
being in North Carolina. In my search of Virginia records I found no
evidence that John and Abarilla ever lived in Virginia.
_____Abarilla is also spelled Abrilla, Eberilah, Abarala. I have and will
use Abarilla this paper.

_____I am retyping this Study on my computer to
have copies to send to others who requested a copy. As I was I was retyping
I was cross checking the information in the Study with referenced documentation
to be sure of accuracy. In doing so I became aware of errors and omissions
that needed to be corrected. While the errors and omissions, of them self,
did not change the facts in the original of the Study, I believe they would
cause concern by others who may compare the original with the retyped copy,
if not explained. I have also made some updates in the original, Study
to make the Study more complete and easier to understand. This Study was
a very early effort by me and time and experience permits me to improve
on the earlier effort.
_____To be sure that the corrections and additions are clear and easy to
understand I have used a format that I believe will be easy to verify and
understand. The following identify the updates, errors, omissions and corrections.
Page 1:- The original Study did not have a title. I have added a title at the top of the page to describe the reason for the Study. I have made the addition in bold type.
In the first paragraph - 1 have indicated I have a new address and the addition is in bold type.
The second paragraph - This is a new paragraph that is self explanatory. The new paragraph is in bold type.
In the third paragraph - I have added updates of information I have learned since the original Study was made. I have made the updates in bold type.
